THE WHOLE NOTEBOOK

This page names all eighteen privacy commitments for the exact Sceneweave app and companion site. The language follows the creative room itself: specific about what is remembered, direct about what never enters, and honest about where the publisher still has a responsibility.

01

The room this notice covers

This notice covers Foray Sceneweave version 1.0.0 for Android, package org.forayforthearts.sceneweave, and its companion two-page website. The party that distributes this package is responsible for these commitments. The organization described by the content is Foray for The Arts. Effective August 25, 2026.

02

Who is invited in

Sceneweave is a general-audience arts companion for creatives, audiences, educators, facilitators, and families. It is not a supervised youth program. A guardian or facilitator remains responsible for deciding whether the creative material suits a younger participant or group setting.

03

What the creative desk actually does

The app presents illustrated discipline cards, assembles preset opening, transition, closing, and mood choices into a Set Card, guides a short Threshold warm-up, and saves one preset Audience Echo. It does not provide live schedules, ticketing, submissions, donations, messaging, or official program enrollment.

04

What crosses the device boundary

The Android app collects and transmits no personal data. It does not ask for a name, email, phone number, location, device identifier, advertising identifier, photo, audio, contact, calendar, file, or payment detail. The companion website has no form; its own code collects no submitted information.

05

What the pocket room remembers

Private Android SharedPreferences can hold the latest Set Card choices, one preset Audience Echo, the completed warm-up count, and the reduced-motion choice. These small records restore the experience on the same device and are never sent to Foray, a publisher server, or an analytics service.

06

What it never asks you to record

There is no journal box or open-ended profile. Sceneweave does not invite health, incident, precise-location, youth, identity, or other sensitive records. Set Cards and Echoes are assembled from fixed creative choices rather than free text.

07

The Android doors left closed

The app requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, phone, notifications, Bluetooth, or shared-storage permission. Its installed manifest contains no runtime permission request.

08

No identity to create or delete

There is no registration, login, account, cloud profile, or password. Because no account exists, there is no account-deletion flow; local erasure is the relevant control.

09

No invisible audience

The app includes no advertising, analytics, attribution, telemetry, crash-reporting, social, tracking, payment, or billing SDK. The companion website uses no cookies, analytics script, remote font, ad pixel, or embedded social widget.

10

An offline app, not a live calendar

Every app image and text is bundled locally, and the app cannot fetch current event information. Opening the companion website naturally uses a network connection to the site host, but its pages load no third-party script or content delivery network.

11

Nothing is sold or passed along

The app has no collected personal data to sell, rent, share, or disclose. The website contains no submission surface. A hosting provider may process ordinary connection records needed to serve the site under its own infrastructure terms; Sceneweave does not use those records for profiling or advertising.

12

Clearing the traces you chose to keep

Use Foray Thread → Erase all local app data to remove the saved Set Card, Audience Echo, warm-up count, and motion setting. Uninstalling normally removes the same private state. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled, and the app has no export or sync feature.

13

A general arts experience for families

Sceneweave does not create child profiles, collect personal information, enable communication, or target behavioral advertising. Its arts content may be explored with a family or facilitator, but the app is not a child-directed social service and does not replace guardian judgment.

14

Practical security and its limits

Local choices sit in the app’s private Android sandbox, network access is absent, and backup is disabled. Sceneweave does not add a separate passcode or encryption layer, so a person who can unlock the device may also be able to open the app and see its saved creative choices.

15

Controls that stay in your hands

You can reduce motion, replace a saved Set Card or Echo with a new preset choice, erase all app state, or uninstall. The Android app launches no browser, email, share sheet, or other external intent. Website links to Foray’s official site and public email leave Sceneweave and are handled by your browser or mail app.

16

Creative reflection, not professional guidance

Threshold and Audience Echo are arts prompts, not health, wellness, sports, legal, financial, safeguarding, or other professional advice. They do not diagnose, assess, score, or recommend treatment or services.

17

When this notebook changes

This notice describes version 1.0.0 and is effective August 25, 2026. If permissions, storage, network behavior, SDKs, website forms, or publisher contact change, the notice should receive a new effective date and be updated before that changed release is distributed.

18

Where privacy questions go

Privacy questions may be sent to the public organization contact shown on Foray’s official website: forayforthearts@gmail.com. The account that publishes the app should confirm that this remains its publisher-controlled support route before any public store release.
